COVID-19 Updates

💜 To ensure everyone's safety, we are keeping the shop door closed at all times, with only one healthy staff member working throughout the pandemic. We're disinfecting regularly, thoroughly washing hands before packing up your order, and wearing a mask at all times when in the shop. But it's not all bad... we're smiling behind the mask! :) 

💜 We are shipping online orders as usual. To ensure our own safety, we are using a pickup service on weekdays between 12-3pm PST. If your order is placed after 10:30am or on a weekend, it will be shipped out the following business day. 

💜 International customers: there are significant delays in all worldwide postal systems and international border, so we are temporarily offering only trackable shipping options. Thanks for your understanding as we work hard to deliver great customer service to our wonderful customers around the world. 

💜 USA customers: we are offering free upgrades to your shipping: select the lowest-price option, and we will upgrade to trackable shipping at no charge (upgrade is automatic). We're continuing to offer free Canada/USA shipping on purchases of over $200.

💜 Campbell River customers: if you live in seniors housing or if you are ill, we will deliver your online purchase at no charge between Storries Beach and Campbellton. Please email us at info@saltwaterpurls.com to organize delivery.

💜 If you are not ill, we're offering contactless pickup for your local online purchases. We'll set out your purchase on the table outside the door for pickup at a prearranged time: let us know when you’d like to pick up, and we’ll make sure your items are ready and waiting about 15 minutes before then. (Don't worry... we keep a very close eye on your purchase to ensure that it's picked up by the right person.)
