COVID-19 Updates

💜 To ensure everyone's safety, only one healthy staff member is working throughout the pandemic. We're disinfecting regularly, thoroughly washing hands before packing up your order, and maintaining safe physical distancing through contact-free pickup for our local customers. 

💜 Because our online orders have increased so much (thank you!!!) we are now aiming to ship orders within 2-3 business days.

💜 USA customers: there are significant delays at the Canada/USA border, and within USPS and Canada Post. Please note that "Small Packet USA Air" is not trackable. If you want to be able to track your shipment, please choose "Tracked Packet" at checkout. (Our free upgrade offer has now ended.)

💜 International customers: there are significant delays in all worldwide postal systems and international borders. We have temporarily removed all surface (ie/ by ship) international shipping options. We understand that this is frustrating and expensive, and we are so grateful for your understanding.

💜 Campbell River customers: if you live in seniors housing or if you are ill, we will deliver your online purchase at no charge between Storries Beach and Campbellton. Please email us at info@saltwaterpurls.com to organize delivery.

💜 For local pickup, we're offering contactless pickup for your online purchases. We'll set out your purchase on the table outside the door for pickup at a prearranged time: let us know when you’d like to pick up, and we’ll make sure your items are ready and waiting about 10 minutes before then. (Don't worry... we keep a very close eye on your purchase to ensure that it's picked up by the right person.)
